Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager in the Business Banking Group, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both corporate and retail clients through proactive outreach.
2. Needs Analysis & Solutioning: Assess clients’ banking needs and recommend suitable products while collaborating with specialized teams.
3. Sales Targets & Compliance: Meet sales objectives while adhering to the bank’s standards in risk management and customer service.
4. Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate client records and share insights with management about market trends and opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the program, candidates should meet the following criteria:
– Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates and engineering graduates are welcome to apply.
– Academic Performance: Minimum of 60% aggregate in Class X, Class XII, and graduation.
– Experience: 0–1 year, with a strong encouragement for freshers.
– Mobility: Willingness to relocate and travel frequently.
– Age: Ideally under 25 years.
Training & Development
Participants will undergo a two-month residential training program covering essential topics like banking fundamentals, client management, and compliance. A monthly stipend of ₹18,000 will be provided during this training, and upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and join ICICI Bank’s Relationship Manager cadre.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting CTC ranges from ₹4.50–₹5.00 Lakh per annum, with additional performance-based incentives, travel reimbursements, health insurance, and wellness programs.
Selection Process
1. Online Aptitude Test: Assessment of verbal, quantitative, and logical abilities.
2. Face-to-Face Interview: Discussions with hiring managers focused on competencies.
3. Final Assessment: Additional interviews for shortlisted candidates.
