Job Summary
Examity is seeking passionate individuals to join as Process Associate Trainees (Proctors). In this role, you will facilitate testing sessions, ensuring support and integrity throughout the exam process. This position not only allows you to enhance your communication and technical skills but also offers the chance to contribute significantly to the education technology field.
Key Responsibilities
- Proctor examinations and other tests while ensuring compliance with client exam rules.
- Serve as a liaison between Operations staff and test takers to resolve any issues that arise during exams.
- Log Active Interventions to report on at a company level.
- Supervise the investigation of alleged breaches of Disciplinary Regulations.
- Validate and verify the identity of test takers.
- Document all actions in the database during the exam period.
- Participate in weekly review meetings to discuss performance.
- Provide excellent customer support using various communication tools.
