To further its mission, Stree Nidhi is hiring Assistant Managers on a contract basis to work closely with these SHGs in rural and semi-urban areas.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks
- Candidates with a Postgraduate degree in Management, Commerce, Agriculture, or Social Work will be given preference
- Must be proficient in Telugu
- Computer knowledge, especially MS Office, is mandatory
Age Limit (as of July 1, 2025):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per AP Government norms
Salary and Allowances
- Monthly Salary: ₹25,520
