📋 Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Content Moderator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and respectful digital environment. Here’s what the role involves:
- Reviewing content posted online and ensuring it meets platform guidelines.
- Flagging inappropriate content and taking the necessary actions.
- Following predefined policies and protocols with precision.
- Staying emotionally strong while dealing with sensitive or graphic content.
- Demonstrating proactive behavior and strong decision-making.
🎓 Education Qualifications
- Must be a Graduate in any stream.
- Should have Provisional Certificate (PC) and Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM).
- Pursuing candidates (UG or PG) are not eligible.
🧑🤝🧑 Vacancies & Experience
- Openings: 60+
- Experience: Only Freshers are eligible.
- Must be immediate joiners.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹1 – ₹2 Lakhs per annum
